Hi, I have been on a DMP for a number of years, however I also have a credit card which is not on the plan. I'm now struggling to pay this but am worried about the consequences by adding this to my plan as I read somewhere that this could be seen as fraud. Has anyone else ever been in this situation? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi pinkbabe and welcome to the Debt Management Plan Forum.

All unsecured debts should be included in a DMP, but I don't believe you should have to worry about committing fraud.
Speak with your DMP provider to see if you can add the card. You may need to re-do your income and expenditure with them again as you have been finding money to pay the card which I'm assuming isn't allocated for at the moment.
